What makes it defensible isn’t code; it’s a credential nexus. Norvan is both the real-estate agent of record inside a property transaction and the Series 65 fiduciary inside an investment-advice relationship — the only position from which tokenized, fractional property can be served end to end, and exactly the position regulated agentic finance requires. No one holding fewer credentials can serve it.
That standing is earned. Norvan brings 25-plus years across every commercial asset class — lending and underwriting, capital structure, syndication, and complex transactions — sharpened through Anthony Chara’s Apartment Mentor community and operationalized in his own REI OS (Real Estate Investor Operating System). He holds a Series 65, is registering an investment-advisory firm (Generational Security), operates Versant Real Estate Consulting, and runs insurance and mortgage-origination capability under one coherent client architecture. Underneath the platform is a deeper system.
